1) DESIGNER FOR HIGHER NOT HIRE

All practicing architects, engineers, or other design professionals should first consider themselves as a vehicle for good and their responsibility is to create a better world through their ability to understand and manipulate the built environment. Practicing in this manner will lead to not only monetary gains, but more important, spiritual gains.

2) PRACTICAL DESIGN FOR A BETTER WORLD

Architecture is a combination of art and science that form a practical tool that should be used change everyday lives for the better. Experimentation and design competitions are fine as long as they serve local communities.

4) QUALITY IS CENTRAL

All projects in the built environment have a "three body problem", Time, Cost and Quality. If all factors are considered equally important respective to one another, then its virtually guaranteed the design process, building construction, and client/end-user experience will be chaotic and potentially pose a risk to human health. Instead, know that Quality of design overrides all.
